• You have a license to install Windows 10 and upgrade your computer from Windows 7 or Windows 8.1 to Win 10.

• If you’ve ever upgraded to Windows 10 on this computer and need to reinstall, you don’t need to enter the Product key. Your copy of Windows 10 will automatically activate with a digital license.
• When you’re ready to install Windows 10, you’ll see the selected content highlighted and will remain in this state during the upgrade. Choose Change what to keep to establish Keep personal files and apps or Keep personal files only, or choose nothing during installation.
• It will take some time to install Win 10. The computer will automatically boot up several times. Note, do not turn off the machine during the installation process.

• Microsoft Office products: If you just bought a new PC with Office 365 pre-installed, you should install Office before you upgrade to Windows 10.
